Android 18? Maybe?

Back in the days before I had a style, that's for sure. Check out the character design! I mean, wow, the face, the eyes.... Man... that was my original, guys. That's my base drawing, and dude that's so hardcore... THIS right here is the foundation of the artist I have become and the artist I have yet to be. Sometimes looking back on the past is quite a trip. I mean, wow, what was I thinking when drawing her? I knew I was going for the Android look, but I seem to recall me stumbling upon that look by accident. And this was definitely before I ever looked up references to see what the 'droids actually looked like!

And wow, look at her clothes! Not a single wrinkle! Goheh is the biggest reason why I go out of my way to do wrinkles in clothing now. She was definitely a catalyst to get me to realize there ARE wrinkles in clothes. It just never crossed my mind when drawing... same with neck tendons. This right here is how I used to draw before I taught myself. XD
